Deirdre is the mother of 4 year old twin boys and discovered Conception Coaching when preparing for her own pregnancy at the age of 36.
She became so interested in the field that she left her career and re-trained – she is now an accredited fertility awareness practitioner. She set up the first private fertility awareness clinic in Edinburgh in 2006.
